• The estimated delivery time within India is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the order quantity and location.
• We deliver through our dedicated delivery partners, and in some cases, we may use third-party courier services for efficient shipping.

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹1500 within India.
• Customers can also opt for self-pickup, available Monday to Sunday between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. A confirmation message will be sent before pickup.

• Puranpoli is only available for delivery within Mumbai to maintain its freshness.
• Worldwide shipping is available for select products. International orders require a minimum order quantity of 10 kg and may take a few extra days for delivery based on the destination.
• For international orders, customers must contact us prior to placing an order to ensure smooth operations and proper shipping arrangements.
• While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, customs, courier issues, or high demand.
• If your order is damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details for assistance.
